Big City, Small City, Synchroni-City

August 19, 2010

Greetings,

Back on the road and the curious signs continue to come my way.

Here I was, peacefully driving along to Pondicherry, the last bastion of the French in India, for a design intensive with a friend/partner, when I saw some commotion on the road, foreigners jumping around, I thought there had been an accident.

Five minutes of harried conversation later, I was suddenly packed into my car with three French Folk, participating in a French Reality Show, getting around India hitching rides and eating on 60 rupees a day.

Front seat Cameraman, back seat this guy who looks like Cristiano Ronaldo, his beautiful lady partner, and Moi!

So, here we are, in a French car (le Peugeot), Heading to a French City (Pondicherry) and I have a car full of french people.

Great fun, chatting with them.

Turns out the guy is Taig Khris, a world famous, world class X-Games rollerblader. And it is a Celebrity show.

So we talked about fame and success and other sundry things.

Interesting too, since I do not own or watch TV and think reality shows are the worst of the worst.

But my little slice of real world interaction with it was fun.

They thought I looked like Jesus.

😉

More soon, I have some interesting video.

Be well, intense times are coming. We are in that twilight time when the wave is racing away from shore, exposing hitherto unknown wonders.

As good a time as any to head for the hills, literally and figuratively. Definitely figuratively.

How?

Think…

Hey Darina, interesting synchronistic magic continues to unfold. I feel like everything is dimensionally closer now. Faster now.
      Fascinating, ne?
