Saying it like it is….

November 13, 2011

Regardless of one’s political/religious/social leanings, there is something magnetic about the Southern Baptist style oratory of the leaders of various Black Power Movements.

Cornell West is a particular favourite.

Follow that rabbit hole. He speaks ferociously… 🙂

And then, spitting fire….. Brother Louis Farrakhan… whew! What a world view you must have to speak like that…

Masterful, eh?

    Charles Manson…… I believe…..makes for a good study.
His “genius” was not in killing people, but in getting “others”
    to kill people……….for him !
    ………..Unlike…Speck, Daumer and others,
he took a….bit of truth……..mixed it up with a bunch of non-truth,
and came up with a POWERFUL mind bending ( to some ) energy.
This is what Mr Farrakhan does as well.
……….”GOD said The White Race is a race of Devils”
Really ?…….God said that did he ?…….Hmmmm.
    Here is he on that………
Msr. Farrakhan does get a bit of truth mixed in via his rants on
the Federal Reserve, the Illuminati………etc., etc.
Of course brother Barak Obama …….is under the spell of these white devils.
Because he could not be evil himself, for he is a “Brother” eh?
Last time I checked ……we ALL had ….
White Bones and Red Blood and a Gray Brain ( hmmm ).
    SKIN being the
    …..organ of…….Protection, Containment and Elimination ”
    This Mad Mad Mad World……..
………………….sure needs a bit of real LOVE eh.

      Amen brother Ray!! 🙂

Vivek, thanks for stirring the pot and inviting us to think.

It’s the cadence I like Ray.Hate. love, just two sides of a coin. And truth be told, both are going into the dustbin of history.
We are not entering the age of love. Or Love. Or One Love.
We are not entering the age of reason either.
We are entering the age of truth.
      Self-evident truth.
What say, Brother Ray? Tougher than a one love world, but so much more real.
      Hmmmm? 😉

        I’d say that ….
Love is the glue that holds
        …..MY Universe together.
Does it need contrast so dearly that
        hatred is necessary ?
        I know not,
        …as my cognition reflects mortality.
It does take two to Tango !
        “Choose your Folly
…..all paths lead to the same place
        ……………………….Nowhere” !
        Don Juan

It does indeed brother Ray… a dance of opposites, of course.
I think of that quote by the Old Shaman often.

Anand you make an excellent point that my barber makes. The new age that we are entering (some call it Aquarius) due to Equatorial precession of the axis is the Age of Truth. We are also entering a new age due toe Polar Precession of the Axis called the Age of King Cephas (the Ethiopian). You may be interested in reading this passage on the Precession of the Axis by Dr. Charles Finch of Morehouse University: ” The precession is caused by the 23½º tilt of the earth’s axis, causing that axis to ‘gyrate’ counterclockwise around the vertical axis of the earth known as the ‘axis of the ecliptic’. It takes 25,900 years for that gyration to complete one circle which is the Precessional Year or Great Year. This precessional circle is divided into 12 arcs, each ruled by a constellation sign (the signs of the Zodiac), and the axis of the earth passes retrograde through each sign, taking about 2,158 years to move through each one. This 2,158-year passage constitutes an Age, of which there are 12; we are currently at the end of the Age of Pisces…”

“While the zodiacal Great Year is in motion, so is that of the northern pole stars. The ancients projected seven constellation-signs around the North Pole of the Ecliptic and these are referred to as the seven “circumpolar” constellations. That means there are actually two Great Years in force at any given time, working concurrently and synergistically with one another; their symbols seem to commingle in the flow of world events. We are currently near the end of the Age of the Jackal (‘Little Bear’ or ‘Little Dipper’) in the Precession of the Pole Stars, and in 2050 will move into the Polar Age of Cepheus, the Cosmic Ethiopian King…”

In order to understand this way of thinking it is necessary to recognize that ancient and traditional peoples the world over have always believed in an energy or power that pervades the universe, unknowable and intangible, but permeating everything and giving it existence. The Chinese call it chi, the Hindus prana, the Hawaiians mana, the Dogon nyama, and the ancient Egyptians referred to it as sekhem. In essence, everything is reducible to that energy and all real power flows from it. That energy, while not knowable in and of itself, can be accessed and its effects observed and interpreted.”

    This is really something special…

This is an article from, analysing the Fox/Werrity saga further than the MSM have been prepared to, in connection with drumming up support for military action against Iran. It was offered as a paid article to a number of newspapers but appears to have been too hot for them to touch. As some readers will know, Craig was the only diplomat to have fallen out with the FCO (Foreign Office) over the policy of extraordinary rendition and torture-tainted intelligence. Permission has been given to re-publish/re-tweet this article anywhere – please do so!

How can we ever forget the absurdity of Reverend Wright and Candidate Wrong? Rather black and white, was it not? And how many then saw, really saw, even as late as 2008, what was coming? Perhaps not enough felt the pain, or had ever actually seen anything at all.

There used to be a few black churches I attended occasionally (Baptist and C.O.G.I.C among them) as well as white Pentacostal just FOR that cadence. It was like some kind of ancient drama …. the Prophet/Preacher would pronounce/emote and then the audience would respond (“PREACH it, PREACH it! THAT’S right! TELL it brother! Amen!) and so forth. It always filled me with a mixture of conflicting emotions, one of which was anger at the manipulative B.S. of it all, irritation at it’s predictability (just more damned ritual … where was truth? Where was life?) But what a wonderful release for the people around me. A sort of ‘spiritual’ intercourse with the predictable foreplay and climax and cooldown and parting. I often left there feeling even more alone than when I arrived, but one thing for sure. I never left without feeling SOMEthing. 🙂
